Very convenient to Patriot's Point. Eateries nice and handy. Rooms very clean and comfortable.
Check in staff told me that we were facing the pool when we were off to the side out of site of the pool. I didn't complain but feel that I was slightly misled.
Location and 7:00 am check in
First room they put us in was not cleaned yet and so she switched us to another room that had a giant hole in the wall and smoke detector hanging from the ceiling torn off.
Location was great! Clean rooms.
Can't believe that you would be charged to use in room safe. Ice maker didn't work. Fridge make a weird noise. I thought a ticking bomb was going off.
Our reservation was for friday 9/2 and saturday 2/3 we drove thru the hurican weather to get to the days inn to be told they had no power but we could have a room/of course i said no and staff could not assure me that i would not be charged!!!!(good thing i was not charged or there would have been issues) so we ask to use the bathroom we were given a flash light/thank god the power was out because as dirty as the bathroom was with only the flashlight i cant imagine what the room would have been like. Will not be using days inn ever. We stayed across the street at the holiday inn for the same price and loved it
everything nasty dirty all property room smell like vomit and stink feet
We was woke up at 9:22 for a room check when we didn't answer because we were asleep the lady started to open the door until I woke up and yelled at her ...... Very unhappy to be woke up on my vacation like that
Very loud guest at night no one at desk to answer phone to address problem. Power went out first night no ac no warm water
The staff was helpful and pool was clean and cool
There was tiny bits of trash(paper, ciggarette butts etc)scattered all around.
Cleaning staff sounded like a train was coming through
Staff and custodial people are great! Extra friendly and helpful. I was not as pleased with this visit as I was with the first one.
Our ceiling leaked, therefore making the carpet wet. The toilet was slow to flush. You couldn't plug the drain for the bathtub and when you turned the water on for a bath, the shower would also turn on.
The location was right by the bridge to downtown so it was very convenient.
We asked for a non-smoking room and when we walked into our room it smelled terribly of cigarettes. Upon asking for another room the women told us there were no other rooms available and then called the cleaning women telling her "they say the room smells like cigarettes. Can you check?" as if our word wasn't enough. Then another women came in, told us there were more rooms and found one for us. The lady with the gold teeth was rude and didn't even bother to try and resolve the problem.
I enjoyed the outdoor pool and the area the most.
when I first entered the hotel's check-in the lady at the front desk looked so very uninterested and bored. She wasn't to sweet either.
rooms were clean/ beds were comfortable-
no at all geared towards family....mostly laborers- I saw people open there truck door and empty there rash into the middle of the parking lot--It stayed there until noon -cig butts everywhere--Turkish rest not appealing to general population -pool patio areal full of branches -tree droppings- dirt- not blown,
Housekeeping staff were warm and did an excellent job in cleaning the rooms. The beds were comfortably clean and fresh.
Front desk staff not pleasant, not knowledgable even about simple things. Just not welcoming at all, no smiles. We asked questions and all they said was "I don't know" all the time, they didn't even put any effort in trying to find an answer, it was terrible.
The bed was very comfortable.
The website said breakfast was included.....it wasn't. Didn't even have coffee in the lobby that wasn't cold!
